Our goal with the Physical Education (PE) curriculum is to introduce students to a wide range of sports and games that they may have never encountered before. By exploring new activities, we aim to spark their curiosity and enthusiasm for physical fitness. Alongside this, our health curriculum covers a variety of important topics, including physical, social, mental, and emotional well-being, ensuring a holistic approach to student development. In PE, students participate in a variety of sports, including golf, flag football, basketball, volleyball, hockey, soccer, and lacrosse, helping them develop new skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship while promoting a love for active living.
