Mrs. Lori Dvorak brings dual language study to the 5-8th grade students at Saint Isaac Jogues. She brings over 15 years of Catholic School experience teaching French, Spanish, and Religion. She is a graduate of Illinois State University including participation in the study abroad program in Grenoble, France. She is the recipient of the Core Values Joliet Diocese Teaching Award for Religion and the Westmont Chamber of Commerce Educator of the Year Award.
When Mrs. Dvorak is not concentrating on teaching, she enjoys her role as a music minister for the Saint Isaac Jogues school masses and faith rallies. She is a cantor at Our Lady of Peace for the noon Mass most Sundays. She is privileged to lead music for the Joliet Diocese “Be Healed” retreats organized by Father Burke Masters. She and her husband, Clint, have two children, Kyra and Luke. As a family they enjoy creating “Top Chef” cooking competitions at home on the weekend. They also love the FIGHTING IRISH. GO ND! She looks forward to an incredible journey at SIJ!
